Refund policy

Return & Exchange Policy:

Pure Nature by Shivani does not entertain returns after the order is successfully placed and payment is made by the buyer. Buyers are requested to place the order only if they agree with this term.

Pure Nature by Shivani will accept the exchange of our products purchased through www.purenaturebyshivani.com, subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below -

For approved returns/exchanges, the replacement product will be delivered within 5-7 business days.

Exchange/Return requests will be entertained only in case our products received by the buyer are in damaged condition and these requests have to be made within 3 days from the date of delivery. Only such broken / damaged products will be considered for return and exchange thereafter.
Buyer has to inform Pure Nature by Shivani of his OR her intention to exchange the broken / damaged products within 48 hrs of receipt of the goods at his OR her shipping address.
Such broken / damaged products should be sent to Pure Nature by Shivani only after written email consent from Pure Nature by Shivani to send back the product.
All exchanges will be made after we receive the returned shipment of broken/damaged products. This is to confirm that you really received broken/damaged products. The courier charges for returning the products will be borne by Pure Nature by Shivani within 3 days of receipt of the products, the broken/damaged products are to be sent back to the following address -

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

You cannot cancel the order and demand a refund once the order is successfully placed and processed by the payment gateway. Refund requests will only be considered. 

  • If the buyer does not get the delivery of the ordered products within 30 days (in India) from the order date.
  • If Pure Nature by Shivani fails to ship the ordered products.
  • If the shipping location is not serviced by our contracted courier.

No refund requests will be entertained for damaged products. Damaged products will be exchanged as per our exchange policy.

For approved refunds, the amount will be credited into the source account within 5-7 business days.

No Returns will be entertained if a customer wants to return the product for the reason that he OR she doesn’t like it after he/she gets delivery of the product or feels the product doesn’t match his or her expectations. No refunds will be given in the following cases:

  • Incorrect or outdated delivery address
  • After 2 failed delivery attempts by our courier agencies.
  • The package was refused by the recipient.
  • In case of minor design and color variations. In the case of products, there will always be some variation in color between products you see online and products you get in hand.
